The ITU Artificial Intelligence and Data Science Application and Research Center (ITU AI) is proud to announce the Google DeepMind AI Master’s Scholarships for the Fall 2025–2026 academic term. These prestigious scholarships are exclusively available to female students admitted to one of the eligible M.Sc. programs at Istanbul Technical University (ITU) and planning to specialize in Artificial Intelligence.
This opportunity is part of Google DeepMind’s international effort, administered by IIE, to support underrepresented talent in AI and provide students with access to world-class resources, mentorship, and academic development.

Eligibility Criteria
• Applicants must identify as female.
• International applicants are welcome.
• Candidates must be admitted to one of the following eligible M.Sc. programs at ITU for the Fall 2025–2026 term:
    - Computer Engineering / Computer Science
    - Electrical and Electronics Engineering
    - Control and Automation Engineering
    - Game and Interaction Technologies
    - Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering
Note: For non-Computer Engineering/Computer Science programs, only applicants with an AI-focused track will be considered. Google DeepMind Scholars are expected to take at least four AI elective courses and conduct an AI-related thesis.

Scholarship Benefits
• Duration: Covers 4 semesters of the M.Sc. program
• Monthly stipend: 1,000 USD
• Academic travel grant (one-time): 2,400 USD
• Equipment grant (one-time): 2,000 USD
• Relocation allowance (one-time): 2,000 USD
• Mentorship: Each recipient will be matched with a researcher from Google DeepMind to receive mentorship on personal career development in the field of AI.
Application Process:
• Applicants should send their application documents to info-ai@itu.edu.tr before the deadline.
• Required documents:
    - CV and academic transcript of the applicant.
    - A statement of purpose that details the candidate’s previous research experience in AI, along with the future research objectives for their graduate studies.
    - Up to three reference letters.
• Applications with the missing documents will be ignored.
